Welcome to Piplana Pane, an agricultural classified platform designed to connect farmers, dealers, and agri-businesses across India. Our platform enables users to post and browse listings related to agricultural equipment, services, produce, and market information.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or have guardian supervision to use this platform
• Businesses and dealers must provide accurate contact information and location details
• Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Account creation requires valid mobile number verification

Allowed Content:

• Genuine ads related to agriculture, farming, or related services
• Agricultural equipment, tools, and machinery
• Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming inputs
• Livestock and poultry related listings
• Agricultural land for sale or lease

Prohibited Content:

• Misleading, false, or fraudulent advertisements
• Duplicate or spam listings
• Adult content or unrelated non-agricultural items
• Illegal substances or banned pesticides
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

Piplana Pane reserves the right to:

• Review, edit, reject, or remove any advertisement without prior notice
• Temporarily disable or permanently suspend accounts violating guidelines
• Request additional verification for suspicious listings
• Modify ad content for clarity or compliance purposes
• Remove ads that receive multiple user complaints

• Basic ad posting is free for all registered users
• Premium features like highlighted ads or featured listings require paid plans
• All promotional plans are non-refundable once activated
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

• We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or performance of products/services listed by dealers or any sellers
• Users must independently verify seller credentials before making transactions
• Piplana Pane is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, although any user who becomes victim should report a complaint in support center to avoid same issue with other users.
• All transactions are conducted directly between users
• We recommend meeting in person and inspecting items before purchase

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our application. Users may visit our application anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.

Information Publication:

• If any user is uploading any information or advertisement in the application, then we will publish his/her details like name, email id, address, phone number, etc.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others
• We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above
• Personal information is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy
• Contact information may be shared with genuine inquirers for your ads
• Users can request data deletion by contacting support
• We use cookies to improve user experience and platform functionality

Content Responsibility:

• Any registered user uploading information in the application gives rights to publish that information to the application
• If any information uploaded in the application is not correct or is spam then that user will be responsible who has uploaded that information
• An application will not be responsible for any type of such information
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any information, including company names, logos, and designs, uploaded to our platform does not infringe upon the trademarks or intellectual property rights of others
• We are not liable for any such infringements made by users in their postings

Content Verification:

• We will try to check and verify the correctness of the information uploaded in the application by the users, but if due to heavy traffic or any other reason it may happen that we miss something then it depends on the user to believe or put trust on that information
• We will not be responsible for any of the misguide occurred due to that. In such case, you can contact us by phone or email and ask us to remove that information
• Advertisement or details published in the application is as per the thought of that user, for more details you can contact to the number given with that details

Piplana Pane is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from transactions made through the platform
• Inaccurate or misleading content posted by users
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• Actions or omissions of third-party dealers or users
• Damages arising from platform misuse or unauthorized access

Post Promotion Rights:

• We promote all your active posts to get the more number of enquiries in your business
• All active users accept our terms and conditions and allow us to promote all your posts anywhere/anytime in the application and outside the application also in other social medias like facebook, instagram, telegram, etc. until your plan is not expired
• To verify, see or remove all your active posts you can check sent advertisement section in the application

Post Removal Service:

• We do provide facility of removing a post from our side on behalf of users, but that is completely depends on time and availability of our customer executives
• If the executives make any mistake or make any delay in removing a post company will not be responsible for that as its a additional free service

• Any user uploading spam or incorrect information or the information that can harm others will be responsible himself or herself and may be blocked by the administrator for the use of the application
• The user or any person who gets harm by the information uploaded in the application can take a legal action against that user
• An application will not be responsible for any such cases
• Users who violate these terms may face temporary or permanent account suspension

• These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Users who disagree with changes should discontinue platform usage
• Last decision or changes in terms and conditions will be in the hand of Application owner
